Atlantis

I loved this polish when I first saw swatches of it. I had it for quite a while now, but only used it once. It is quite opague on its one so you need to use a basceolor. The thing I dislike about this glitter is that is quite thick, kinda jelly. I do not like working with these kind of lacquers. I work fast so I always get more polish on the tips of my nails, wich makes it look like there is a lot of polish on my nails.
I used a black base for this manicure, but Atlantis looks great on a blue or green basecoat, cause it has a blue base.
MNY 657

Last but not least, is the 657 aqua color from MNY. It reminds me of Catrice Blue’s Brother but it’s a bit darker in the bottle. I will do a comparison some time soon to make sure if it’s a dupe or not.

Anyways, this is 2 coats. The lacquer has a frost finish, not one of my fav’s. I don’t like the streaky effect they always tend to give me. I recommend you to use a ridgefiller as a basecoat before you use a polish like this. This is because this finish will always show your little imperfections a little better. With a ridgefiller this will be a lot better and your nails will look a lot smoother.

After trying 6 of the MNY polishes I’m quite enthousiastic. I’ve read some other reviews and I think it’s really personal if you are gonna like this or not. I did, but I like my lacquers to be a bit thin, I find that easy to apply and it tends to dry a bit faster. If you are looking for a lacquer that it’s more on the thick side I do not recommend these. The thing I dislike is the smell, I find these polishes to smell really bad, not something I’m used too. I really like the MNY lacquers, especially since they are only €2,49.
p2 So Cool

This is the second of the 5 p2 polishes I own at the moment. This one reminds me a bit of catrice Blue’s Brother. Blue’s Brother is more blue than this polish. So Cool has a bit of a duochrome effect with green and blue. It applies very smooth and I only needed 2 coats for complete coverage.

It has a nice silver shimmer. The polishes of P2 contain 8ml, wich isn’t that much. For example, China Glaze contains 14ml.
Atomic

Oh i love this color! When I first saw swatches from the Color Craze collection from LA colors I knew I needed this one so bad! The color is more like the second picture or like my pinky. It’s really hard to catch this color on cam.

The application from the Color Craze collection is okay. It dries really fast so you need to speed up your manicure, otherwise it’s gets a bit streaky. The collection has some great colors wich I’m gonna show you in the next few posts.
Gradient

So I did an attempt to do gradient nails. It turned out okay, the gradient could be more but hey, I’m a little n00bie on this one so don’t judge to hard
Anyways, this is:
- China Glaze – Sexy in the City for the blue.
- Konad Special Nail polish in black with a gold shimmer for the black.
- China Glaze Fairy Dust for the glitters
- Konad Special Nail Polish in white for the konad flowers
- Image plate m57
and a loooot of patient. It took me for about 1.5 hours to make this. Damn, that’s more time then I spend on school on an avarage day. Anyways, I like how it turned out! It feels like i’ve been to a salon or so.
The blue is in real life more aqua. Still haven’t got my cam (my dad is kinda bizzy with a lot of things, so he still hasn’t got the time to put the vacationphoto’s on his pc..) and this one really sucks at taking bright colors right on the photograph.
