Nectarine

This is one of my most wore polishes all time. A few years back, when I first started to wear polish again I was hooked on the french manicure thing. This one gives a french manicure just a little bit more edge with the silver shimmer. I really liked this one. I wasn’t so fund of all the funky colors I wear in these days when I started.

It is a bit sheer, this are 3 coats and it still has a visible nail line but I used it as a basecoat before I did my white tips so I didn’t mind. Nowadays I would use a basecoat when I use this polish, but for these swatches I didn’t. I don’t think its available in stores anymore. I bought it when it was in the sale for about 2 or 3 euro’s.
Lilac Comparison

So I promised you to do a comparison with Gosh Wild Lilac and Catrice Lucky in Lilac. So, you can guess wich one is Gosh and wich one is Catrice… They are dead on dupes. The first en third nail from the left are the Catrice ones, the others are Gosh. As you can see the Gosh one is a tiny bit lighter but you can’t really tell when they are on your nails. I do like the formula of the gosh one better. The Catrice one is a bit thicker.
Metallic Green

This one of the two polishes I got from my sister for my birthday. I’m not a big fan of metallic polishes. They always get a little streaky with me and I always forget to use a ridge filler so you can always see every imperfection I own.

This polish is great though. It blowed my mind away. It’s opaque in only 1 coat! I don’t wear many greens, just don’t like the color but this one is kinda cute. It’s a bit outta space but I like it. If you want to have this one, it’s from GOSH and the color is Metallic Green.
Wild Lilac

This polish was a big hit in the Dutch blog world last summer. If i’m not mistaken this polish was at first from the summer ’09 collection, but right now it’s permanent. This lilac color is a dupe with Catrice’s Lucky in lilac. I will do a comparison soon.
It’s opaque in 2 coats, but for a smooth surface you will need two as you can see at the first image at this post. I used 2 coats and you can still see the imperfections of my nails. Of course you can use a ridgefiller basecoat instead of the 3 coat if you don’t like that many coats on your nails.

The color is more like the above picture. Dry time was quite good for a GOSH polish. Most polishes from this brand take a long time to dry, but this one was at the longer side, but not as long as some of my other onces.
