Safari 157

Another one of my Safari lacquers. This is a pink again. But a little darker than the last one. My hands/cuticles look really horrible in this picture. Guess it’s the close-up because it isn’t like that in real life. Anyways. The color is more like a dark bright creme pink. Application was okay, this is 2 coats.

Safari 155

Safari is the brand with the gorgeous zebra print caps on their bottles. This is #155 (they don’t give their polishes a name unfortunately), a barbiepink one. Safari claims that their polishes are completely opaque in 1 coat. I do have to say this isn’t really true. This is 2 coats. The polish was kinda thick so it need to be thinned a little bit.

I do like the color. It’s that pink that is really girly and people will take a second look at your nails. It is not a polish you can’t get in the drugstores. I think you can find a dupe of this one in the new Catrice collection. The brand Safari isn’t really expensive. The polishes cost about 1,50€ to 2€ for a bottle.

I promised you guys an update for today, so here it is. These are two purple tones of the brand Safari. I didn’t heared about it till a few weeks ago, so I thought, lets give it a try. And I’m glad I did. I ordered 10 bottles (yeah, I know, addicted..) to try. Today it’s this two colors. One is nr 268 (don’t you hate it when they give it a number…) and the other is a purple glitter wich one doesn’t even have a number.. Shame on them!
Anyways, it’s a good polish, the dark purple one only needed one coat to have a almost full coverage, I did two layers because I always like that better on my nails. The glitter is one coat. It lasted for 3 days and then I got bored of it, but it did not have any chip! I was sick, so I didn’t do anything much but I bet it will last for two or more days on a normal day.
Enough of the talking, here is a picture of it.
Yeah, only one. My DSLR was out of battery so I made this one with my little es60 from Samsung. And this was the only one out of 15 pictures that came out sharp haha! Next time I will use my beloved Canon again!
